FAQ

We welcome children from infancy through pre-school, as well as children who need after school care. Our program is designed to provide age appropriate learning, play and care for each stage of development.

English and Spanish - We provide a Spanish and English environment where children are exposed to both languages throughout their day through learning activities, conversations, songs, stories and play.

We are open Monday through Friday 6am to 6pm.

Yes! We provide nutritious meals and snacks appropriate for the children in our care. Our menus are planned with children's nutritional needs and age appropriate portions in mind.

Yes! Our preschool program focuses on preparing children for kindergarten through age appropriate activities that support early literacy, math, language development, social skills, independence, and problem solving.

Yes, we offer care for children before and after school. Please ask your child's elementary school to provide transportation to and from Dream Big Bilingual Academy.

Currently we are working with 2 and 3 year old's as we are barely opening, but yes! Eventually all ages from infants through 13 will be welcome at Dream Big Bilingual Academy.

We believe children learn best when they are actively engaged, encouraged, and having fun! Our classrooms combine learning with hands on activities, exploration, creativity, movement and play!

Yes, government assistance may be accepted for eligible families. Please contact us for more information about accepted programs and enrollment requirements.

You can contact us to learn about availability, schedule a tour, and complete the enrollment process. We'll guide you through the necessary forms and requirements.

Absolutely! We encourage families to visit, meet our team, see our learning environment and ask any questions they may have before making a decision.

Depending on your child's age, families may need to provide items such as extra clothing, diapers and wipes, bottles of formula or breast milk, and comfort items. We will provide you with a personalized list of what your child needs before their first day.

For the health and safety of all children and staff, children who are sick or experiencing symptoms that meet our illness policy may need to remain at home. Our team will communicate with families regarding illness and return to care requirements. If your child has a fever they may NOT return to the daycare until they are fever free for 24 hours WITHOUT medication.

We value communication with families and keep parents informed about their child's daily activities, meals, rest, learning and overall experience as often as we can. We also encourage parents to reach out whenever they have questions or concerns.

Yes! Dream Big Bilingual Academy operates as a state licensed child care facility and follows applicable Texas child care licensing requirements and regulations.
